The Clark Development Corporation (CDC) was founded in 1993 after the U.S. Military vacated the facility in 1991. The CDC is tasked with the job of administration, licensing and maintenance of the Clark Freeport. Additionally, marketing and promotional services of the Clark Freeport Zone are part of this organization’s duties.
